I'm Robin Richards, owner of Body Works Fitness Inc. For the past several years I've worked with women and men of all ages, body types
and fitness levels to help them improve their overall health and body condition. I work with you
to refine your fitness goals and develop a customized plan that's right for you, and the results
you want to achieve. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, get more tone or just
experience feeling healthy, I can help.
Best of all, you don't need to join a
gym or even own fitness equipment -- I bring the gym to you, so all you need is a willingness to
challenge yourself. It's easier to find the time to work out when you don't have to drive to
and from the gym, and since I bring the gym to you, there are no excuses for not working out,
even though you're at home. There are no membership fees, no contracts and you pay only for the
sessions you reserve. Of course if you have equipment, we can include it in your
workout.
You don't need to worry about special diets because I'll help you
develop a meal plan, and will even go to the grocery store to help you find healthy options you
